Q: Is there owner financing?

A: Yes.  Owner financing in Costa Rica is typically 50% down and 5% interest for the balance of the term, which is usually 1-3 years

Q: Can I rent the Viento Lindo Farm house?

A: Once an offer on the property has been signed, the owner is happy to discuss short term rental of the Viento Lindo house until the final closing takes place.
